By using this website or submitting a bridal inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services & Availability
All makeup services are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your wedding date.
2.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon deadline outlined in your contract. Payment details will be shared upon booking.
3.
Travel & Location
Bridal makeup services are based in Charlotte, NC and available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will be outlined in your custom quote.
4.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, accommodations will be made based on availability. Further details are outlined in the client contract.
5.
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to arrive on time and with clean, makeup-free skin. Any allergies or sensitivities must be communicated in advance. Faith is not liable for any reactions caused by products used during the service if they were not disclosed ahead of time.
6.
Website Use
All content on this site — including text, photos, branding, and design — is the property of Faith Hensley Makeup and may not be copied, altered, or reused without permission.
7.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this site or services constitutes agreement to the most current version.
