Refund Policy

All retainer fees are non-refundable and required to secure your wedding date. This fee covers time spent on communication, planning, and reserving your spot on the calendar — which means turning away other potential clients.

Once services are rendered (i.e. makeup is completed), all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, unexpected changes in plans, or factors outside of my control (like weather or delays from the event).

In the rare event that I am unable to perform services due to illness or emergency, a full refund of any payments made (including the retainer) will be issued — or a qualified replacement artist will be offered, if available.
